About The Position

Requirements

• 5 GCSEs grade A/9 - C/4 (ideally including English and Maths at C/4) or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to diagnose and repair electrical and electronic devices.
• Carry out replacements and repairs on various devices.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers through the RepairLive service to resolve issues via video calls.
• Develop problem-solving and creative thinking skills related to technology.
