About The Position

The Repair Administrator is responsible for ensuring all open repair orders and repair management units meet deadlines. This role requires collaboration with vendors and various departments to ensure consistent requirement fulfillment. Day-to-day activities involve managing workload through calls, emails, and quotes.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with repair stations and communicate regarding open repair orders.
  • Follow up on open issues by requesting status, estimated time of arrival, and addressing discrepancies.
  • Review and evaluate shop quotes, utilizing tools to maximize cost savings.
  • Allocate piece parts from stock.
  • Review QC reports, repair management reports, and open sales order reports.
  • Communicate with vendors on open QC units.
  • Meet and maintain set KPIs within the department.
  • Troubleshoot problematic repairs.
  • Expedite completion of open repair orders.
  • Obtain repair quotes.
