Marvel creates American crafted undercounter refrigeration & ice products for home and outdoor—since 1892. Position Overview: This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual who wants to be a part of growing team and company. The Repairman makes necessary repairs to refrigeration products that fail performance test and/or inspection.

Requirements

High School Education (or GED) with 1 - 3 years consecutive experience in appliance repair.
Demonstrated ability to use and operate hand tools.
Demonstrated ability to read wiring diagrams.
Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for up to three hours without a break and twelve hours with breaks.
Demonstrated ability to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to work shifts and hours mandated by management and to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs refrigeration products that fail performance test and/or inspection.
Operates machinery or hand tools as required to complete assembly process.
Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
Maintains production records as required.
Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
