About The Position

McClellands Contracting and Roofing, LLC is growing and seeking motivated, experienced Repair Technicians to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have roofing experience, take pride in quality workmanship, and want steady repair-focused work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of roofing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential roofing systems
• Ability to diagnose leaks and problem areas independently
• High attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to meeting location
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience with metal roofing and/or TPO
• Siding and exterior repair experience
• Comfortable working in small crews
• Coachable, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing roof leaks
• Asphalt shingle roofing repairs
• Metal roofing repairs
• Limited TPO roofing work
• Warranty repairs on previously installed roofs
• Siding repairs (vinyl, fiberboard, etc.)
• Exterior projects including fascia and gutters
• Identifying problem areas and recommending solutions onsite
