About The Position

The Repair Technician role is specifically responsible for evaluating and repairing company-supported products and equipment, with a focus on the Security industry.
Requirements
- Possess an understanding of a service-oriented organization and understand the requirement of emphasis on quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Possess basic computer knowledge (specifically MS Windows).
- Possess basic electrical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and repair products including closed circuit TV, networking, and other equipment.
- Follows weekly repair schedule and time expectations per unit type of equipment being repaired.
- Diagnoses and repairs/tests equipment per the repair schedule and service procedures.
- Meets or exceeds the average repair time objectives by equipment type.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
