About The Position

The Repair Technician / Delivery Driver at BEK Medical Incorporated is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment, as well as delivering and installing this equipment for customers. This role requires a combination of technical skills for equipment repair and customer service skills for effective communication during deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) months delivery driver experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required for communication with customers and staff.
• Standard Class C Driver's License is required to operate company vehicles.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per insurance policies.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must submit to a background check.
• Must submit to a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance procedures on medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical or electrical problems.
• Contact manufacturers regarding warranty processes for parts.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse.
• Deliver and install medical equipment for customers.
• Assist customers by answering questions at the time of delivery.
