About The Position

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! We are seeking to add a team member that desires to learn and grow their skills into a long-term career in repair.

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, and more… Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Ability and desire to work 40 hours a week
• Candidates must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Clean driving record a must

Nice To Haves

• Candidates that possess experience painting with HVLP spray equipment will be given preference

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
