About The Position

As a member of the Stryker Corporation team, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, receiving, and shipping various products, including sub-assemblies, loaners, certified pre-owned items, and customer-owned units. This role requires considerable independent judgment to ensure quality, correctness, and adherence to proper procedures. You will work independently to ensure that products meet safety, quality, and quantity standards, following procedures and directions to meet product specifications. Additionally, you will assist others in resolving their issues by offering advice and possible solutions, and coach peers associated with international repair. Training new team members and sharing insights on improvement suggestions will also be part of your responsibilities. You will comply with documentation procedures, maintain an orderly workstation, and ensure on-time completion of all required training. Your role will involve working from engineering drawings and/or following documented instructions, contributing to operations projects, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
