About The Position

Precision Concrete Construction, Inc. constructs the most challenging concrete projects throughout the Southeast. Founded in 1986, Precision Concrete operates on a diverse set of projects throughout the construction industry. Projects cover market sectors such as retail, healthcare, entertainment, institutional, airport, heavy industrial and multifamily. The position involves assisting the Foreman by performing duties that require less skill, including saw cutting, chipping, mixing & repair patching, cleaning work areas and equipment, erecting scaffolds, surface cleaning, caulking, coatings & membranes, and setting forms for repairs. The ability to perform quick, accurate, and careful work is essential.

Requirements

• OHSA 10 and Rubbing Class A
• Knowledge of structural concrete repair (methods of application & materials)
• Knowledge of waterproofing (methods of applications & materials)
• Boom lift, fall protection, & confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction finishes are correct.
• Assist in planning the Foreman's work schedule.
• Saw cutting, chipping, mixing & repair patching.
• Surface cleaning, caulking, coatings, & membranes.
• Set forms for repair.
