About The Position

The Manager of the FAA 145 repair station is responsible for leading and animating the local team, which includes repair technicians, customer service teams, supply chain personnel, local HR, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves implementing and maintaining the business strategy in alignment with Safran Aerosystem's overall strategy. The manager is accountable for the performance of the repair station, focusing on key metrics such as On Time Delivery, quality, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, as well as achieving budgeted sales and profit targets. Additionally, the manager ensures that the shop complies with all regulatory, legal, social, safety, and moral obligations, drives group projects and innovation, and supports the sales and customer teams with major clients.

Responsibilities

  • Animate the quality and compliance to FAA 145 regulations
  • Manage the site's P&L, ensuring Sales, Gross Profit, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital are on target
  • Ensure performance to customers
  • Ensure that repair station personnel follow the regulations
  • Achieve sales targets through the sales/marketing and pricing team and Customer Support Representatives
  • Invest in capability development and manage the CAPEX budget and project achievements
  • Manage business transfer projects
  • Oversee building and infrastructure projects
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures and regulations for direct reports
  • Launch and manage projects necessary for repair station performance improvement or sustainability
