In the role of Repair Station Manager, you'll play a pivotal part on our Repairs Department team. This position contributes to our vision by adhering to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders. You will ensure proper documentation of the materials used in the process to maintain traceability. Additionally, you will identify and update performance metrics, analyze variance to determine and implement corrective actions, and implement earned value management on development projects. You will also plan, identify, and coordinate resources required for the repair process.
