We are looking for a quality professional to support the Repair team in Global Service Operations. In your role, you will collaborate with suppliers, internal and external, and Repair Strategy and Engineering teams with a shared target to secure qualified deliveries from qualified suppliers. You will be supporting supplier qualifications, product and process qualifications, addressing nonconformances, root cause analyses, supplier audits, data analysis, process improvements, quality reviews, and implementing preventative measures & risk mitigation measures. In a matrix organization, you will be also part of the Global Service Operations quality team and with be collaborating, as well, with the quality teams in the Regional Service Units, Central Execution Unit, Gas services, and Siemens Energy EQS. Through your expertise, you will support Global Service Operations in meeting the quality objectives, with focus on reducing nonconformance costs, and continuous improvement. We work in a multi-cultural environment with contacts with different departments locally and globally. Networking is a key for success. While highly interactive, this role also provides autonomy and growth opportunities in a multitude of areas to cultivate a variety of work experiences.
