This role will support the MRC area inspecting and providing minor re-work support What you will get: BUILD YOUR OWN SCHEDULE USING OUR WILYA APP! Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and a maximum of 32 hours per week Starting Pay Rate: $15.95/hour Part-Time Benefit Program No need to ask for days off - you build your own schedule within the guidelines noted above. What you will do: Your work will support assembly production with repair focus in the MRC functional area to safely build excavators As a Repair Production Tech Parttime FLEX, you will:

Requirements

Work or volunteer experience
Complete the Caterpillar Online Assessment successfully
Provide a complete application
Basic hand tool knowledge
Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Basic computers skills
Experience working in a team-based environment
Experience working in manufacturing or with basic hand tools

Responsibilities

Perform routine production tasks in assembly, fabrication, paint, or other areas while upholding Caterpillar’s core values.
Follow documented procedures to safely and accurately assemble components using basic tools and equipment.
Operate machinery, blasting and painting applications, and perform basic tack and straight-line welds.
Support continuous improvement by applying lean manufacturing principles and adhering to safety, quality, and standard work protocols.
