About The Position
As a Repair and Overhaul Maintenance Manager here at Solstice, you will oversee the maintenance and operational activities of a facility, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves developing and implementing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, coordinating repairs and replacements, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Your role extends beyond mere compliance, demanding an in-depth understanding of regulatory standards and the ability to navigate evolving landscapes with adaptability and foresight. The manager also works with vendors and contractors, monitors performance, and implements energy-saving practices. You will report directly to our Sr Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location on a standard work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's maintenance operations toward unparalleled heights of efficiency, compliance, and innovation. Through visionary leadership, strategic policy development, and meticulous execution, you directly influence the trajectory of our repair and overhaul initiatives.
