Pioneer is expanding its Repair Operations to support our current operations We are building the team that will help shape and launch this next chapter of our growth.If you are passionate about aviation maintenance, repair coordination, compliance, or technical leadership — and want to be part of a growing, high-integrity organization — we’d love to connect. This is a general interest posting for professionals interested in current or future roles within our Repair Department, including: Repair Coordinators Senior Repair Coordinators Repair Managers Quality / Compliance Specialists Director of Maintenance (DOM) We are looking for professionals who bring: Aviation repair or maintenance experience Knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 145 experience preferred for leadership roles) Strong documentation and compliance discipline Operational mindset and ownership Desire to help build processes from the ground up Growth-focused aviation aftermarket company Opportunity to help build a repair station from inception High-visibility roles with impact Collaborative culture Competitive compensation based on experience and scope Qualified applicants will be contacted as roles align with experience and business timing. Requirements
- Aviation repair or maintenance experience
