The responsibilities of the Repair Development Team span sustaining programs to meet readiness needs of the US NAVY and international operational fleets. This team is dedicated to providing safe and reliable operation of the F414 and F404 engines in support of the Mission of our customers. In this role you will develop new repairs on a broad spectrum of engine components using new and existing repair technologies and inspection & manufacturing techniques. You will have engineering oversight of existing vendors with opportunity to identify and lead projects related to future repair opportunities. You will build and sustain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including interdisciplinary engineering teams, vendors and customers. Your impact in this role will focus on GE Aerospace FLIGHT DECK principles of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost by improving customer readiness and lifecycle cost reduction.
