If our goals and values resonate with you, we would love to connect! Join our Technical Support & Repair Department as our Repair Department Coordinator! Bring your passion for excellent customer service and attention to detail to a team dedicated to meeting client needs and optimizing daily operations. In this rewarding role, you'll coordinate repairs, calibrations, and returns for credit, issue Return Authorizations, create detailed service reports, send estimates and quotes to customers, and prepare Sales Orders for billing and shipping.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak with customers on telephone including:
  • Answering general questions
  • Taking information required to provide Return Authorization
  • Discussing estimates
  • Taking credit card information
  • Send Return Authorizations
  • Unpacking incoming equipment
  • Logging in equipment, creating Service Reports, and Shop Orders
  • Sending estimates and quotes to customers
  • Creating Sales Orders and processing equipment to ship
  • Discuss and advise repairs/calibrations with Repair Technicians
  • High school diploma and 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Detail oriented, well organized and ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must have computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and database management experience.
  • Process streamlining and optimization experience required.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work well with other employees and a willingness to switch tasks frequently as required.
