The Repair Coordinator in Support Services is responsible for creating and tracking the movement of unserviceable units via repair orders. This role involves following up with repair vendors on open orders to ensure timely return to protect stocking levels and working closely with Maintenance to assist in fulfilling the needs of line aircraft and aircraft in for service checks. The coordinator will evaluate the cost of repairs against market value to assist with decision-making on approvals, collect, approve, and file vendor repair quotes, and find sources for piece parts used in high-value repairs to help decrease repair costs. Effective communication with repair vendors regarding failures of repaired parts within warranty limits is essential. Additionally, the coordinator will coordinate all Denied Warranty and No Fault Found (NFF) claims by vendors with the Tech Services department to verify vendor findings. The role also includes investigating and solving invoice discrepancies and performing other duties as directed by the Repairs Supervisor.

  • Investigate & solve invoice discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Repairs Supervisor.
  • High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable.
  • Aviation experience preferred with a background in navigating and using Inventory Management databases.
  • Microsoft Office experience is required, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Proficient communication skills are a must.
