Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office, customer service, or administrative roles (automotive or body shop experience a plus but not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the company
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using digital tools like the new AI tool
  • Clean and valid driving record with driver’s license
  • Ability to perform and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate repair timelines, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Communicate repair updates clearly and proactively to customers and insurance partners
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
  • Assist with filing insurance claims and coordinating with adjusters
  • Use email, CRM systems, the new AI tool, and other digital tools effectively for communication and customer management
  • Always uphold the highest level of customer service
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and career advancement opportunities
