Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety in all tasks.

Nice To Haves

1 month of experience working in a warehouse environment, produce/perishable goods, or other related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Produce Handling: Lift, sort, bunch, trim, and repack produce while removing damaged items and foreign material.
Packaging: Place produce into bags, cases, and other required containers.
Equipment Operation: Operate material-handling equipment after completing required training.
Food Safety: Follow all hygiene and contamination-prevention practices when working with food and food-contact surfaces.
