About The Position

The Repack Picker is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse locations, repacking items as needed, and preparing orders for shipment. This role ensures that all items are selected and processed in accordance with company standards for accuracy, safety, and efficiency. As a Repack Picker, you’ll be part of our Fort Mill team working as an on-site employee.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 33 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to consistently meet productivity and quality standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with warehouse scanners or handheld devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from designated warehouse locations according to order requirements.
• Use a scanner or handheld device to verify and record picks.
• Repack items into appropriate cartons or containers as needed.
• Ensure all picked and repacked items are correctly labeled and meet quality standards.
• Place completed orders on conveyors or in designated staging areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any inventory discrepancies or damages to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
