About The Position

The Senior Member Services Representative (SR MSR) at Honda is responsible for providing exceptional member service by performing a variety of tasks including account management, loan processing, and addressing member inquiries. This role requires a strong understanding of the Credit Union's products and services, as well as the ability to educate members on new technologies and cross-sell additional services. The SR MSR plays a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of recent customer service and sales experience in a financial service environment.
• Strong decision-making skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Credit Union or similar financial institution.
• Knowledge of basic mortgage processes and IRA processing.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform a broad variety of member services including transactions, account management, and loan applications.
• Troubleshoot member inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Educate members on new technologies and services offered by the Credit Union.
• Cross-sell products and services based on member needs.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all HFCU deposit and consumer loan products and services.
• Ensure compliance with HFCU policies and industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve overall goals.
