This position reports directly to the Departmental Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for completing the admission and registration process along with other admission finance functions. The role serves as a liaison between patients, nurses, physicians, and other staff members. The individual will handle walk-in patients and incoming telephone calls from customers seeking assistance with matters involving the patient accounting function. It is essential for the candidate to be knowledgeable about admitting, billing, and collection functions and to resolve any outstanding issues independently. Providing excellent customer service is a key aspect of this role.
