About The Position

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinical medical records system. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison between patients and hospital staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
  • One to two (1-2) years customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a Medical Terminology course
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience in a health care related industry
