About The Position

WOW OUR CUSTOMERS | Minnesota Nice Customer Service (It's a Thing) THE OPPORTUNITY WOW our customers by delivering Minnesota Nice Customer Service while supporting our Sales Reps in an efficient, organized, and driven way. This role plays a key part in supporting Sales growth by acting as the connection point between customers, Sales Reps, and internal teams. You will provide high-level Customer Service, assist with Sales-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every order is handled with care, accuracy, and organization. You truly are the eyes and ears of our operation-whether onsite at World Headquarters or working remotely. A strong sense of organization, a driven mindset, and a passion for Customer Service will help you succeed in this fast-paced, Sales-focused role. LOCATION: Onsite or Remote To be considered for remote you must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NV, NY, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm CST PAY: $17-$20/hour BENEFITS Lakeshirts offers a fun, creative, team-driven culture. Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service experience required
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Driven self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computers; Excel experience required
  • Ability to multi-task, follow through and work well in a team
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
  • High school diploma required
  • Reliable, adaptable, and committed to excellent Customer Service
  • Remote team members must have a reliable, work-dedicated internet connection with 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload (200/50 recommended).
  • Wired Cable or DSL internet (no hotspots)
  • Personal computer, camera, and accessories

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred
  • Two monitors strongly recommended
  • Chromebooks are not compatible

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to customers and Sales Reps
  • Support Sales by analyzing orders and identifying potential issues
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Sales Reps, and internal departments
  • Use strong organization to ensure orders are produced correctly and on time
  • Resolve Sales-related issues including pricing, credits, and delays
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with a Customer Service mindset
  • Apply Sales and negotiation skills to support positive outcomes
  • Multi-task efficiently while maintaining accuracy and organization
  • Make independent, driven decisions using sound judgment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
