As a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. This role requires you to use your communication and problem-solving skills to provide friendly service and resolve technical issues. You will work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls and addressing a variety of customer inquiries, including billing questions and account updates. The position is in-office in Cheektowaga, NY, with evening and weekend availability required. The next start date is March 10th, 2025, with training scheduled from Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
