As a professional Billing Chat Agent in our Customer Operations business unit, you will use your computer, written communication skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills to nurture and grow trusting customer relationships with every interaction. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year previous customer service experience; experience in cable or telecommunications call centers
  • MS Office and personal computer skills
  • Communication, dependability, multi-tasking, typing, customer service skills
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, resilient abilities
