See Yourself as a Closing Coordinator This position is responsible for ensuring assets close according to and in compliance with terms of purchase contract and meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of prior work-related experience
  • Read and understand real estate contracts/purchase agreements.
  • Read and understand all closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds.
  • Basic knowledge of title issues and problem resolution of these issues.
  • Strong communication skills a must.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • High ethical standards and personal qualities
  • Motivated, positive, team player
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business

Nice To Haves

  • REO/Foreclosure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing reports to determine status of each asset.
  • Data entry as each step of closing process is complete.
  • Review data entry in each SOR for accuracy.
  • Obtain, review and execute deeds, HUDs and other closing documents as needed to complete closing.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, lenders and various county and city offices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

  • Competitive Compensation: anticipated base hourly rate from $18.00 to $25.00 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
