About The Position

The Renton Warehouse Supervisor at Swire Coca-Cola is responsible for overseeing the warehousing and shipping operations of incoming and outgoing materials. This role involves supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient daily activities, and maintaining inventory levels while adhering to budget constraints.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff required.
• Experience managing budget required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs.
• Operate a manual/powered pallet jack required.
• Lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Secure company assets.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
