Now Hiring: Rental Yard Coordinator – Bryan, TX (Rental Equipment Yard | Heavy Equipment Coordinator | Construction Equipment Support) Mustang Rental Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Rental Yard Coordinator to join our Bryan location. If you have experience in equipment staging, yard operations, or heavy equipment handling, this is your opportunity to join a leader in the construction equipment rental industry. 🔧 What You’ll Do as a Rental Yard Coordinator: As a Rental Yard Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to stage and organize rental equipment on the yard to ensure efficient pickup and return by haul drivers. You’ll play a key support role for delivery logistics, equipment readiness, and yard cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of operating construction equipment and machine checkpoints
• Experience in material handling, equipment movement, or yard logistics
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Familiarity with electronic systems and equipment tracking
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional communication
• Organized, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Verify equipment paperwork and ensure haul drivers load the correct units
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment for customer deliveries and returns
• Direct drivers on where to drop returning equipment
• Perform rental check-ins as equipment arrives
• Keep yard and equipment in clean, orderly condition
• Support wash rack duties and machine prep
• Audit rent-ready machines and maintain yard equipment inventory status
