About The Position

Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Rental Technicians to assist customers with rental equipment fittings and check in/out. Sugar Bowl Resort has been proudly independent for over 80 years and is one of the oldest ski resorts in California. Situated atop beautiful Donner Summit, Sugar Bowl has a storied past with ties to Austrian ski culture, Hollywood and Walt Disney. This special community helped bring skiing to "sunny California" since December 1939. Since then, it continues to attract adventurous winter sports enthusiasts alike.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills - required
• Strong customer service skills
• English fluency - required
• Friendly, personable and comfortable working with people
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including holidays and weekends - required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with rental POS systems - preferred
• Passion for the snow sport industry - preferred

Responsibilities

• Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction
• Manage rental agreements paperwork upon check out and return
• Help manage Rental of Ski School and Group Sales transactions
• Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Demonstrating knowledge of rental products
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company transaction handling policies and procedure
• Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform and appearance
