About The Position

SUMMARY Repair and maintain rental fleet and guest equipment. Strong knowledge of rental equipment to assure guests have proper fitting equipment. Adjust rental equipment to manufacturer specs. Ensure Tamarack Resort standards of service are always delivered. Provide excellent customer service to guest, homeowners, and fellow employees Fit guests with appropriate size and type of rental equipment. Repair and maintain guest equipment to the highest standards. Inspect and ensure integrity of equipment, reporting any deficiencies. Adjust rental equipment to manufacturer specs. Handle guest and customer requests with efficiency and good attitude. Keep work area clean and organized. Handle all equipment with respect and maintain a safe working environment. Complete all reports on repaired equipment in a timely manner. Complete other tasks as assigned. Requirements

  • Must enjoy working and interacting with the public.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be over 16 years of age
  • Detail Oriented
  • Exceptional Computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience with a ski resort, seasonal business and/or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
