Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort a plus
• Retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist guests through the rental process, focusing on the guest experience and efficiency of rental form time
• Properly utilize the RTP rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned
• Consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Lead & Supervisor to expedite the rental process
• Understand and communicate the rental & demo equipment packages and features to ensure the best match for the guests
• Ensure all equipment is returned efficiently and properly in the RTP rental system
• Work with Rental leads, the Rental Supervisor and the Repair staff to ensure the highest level of equipment maintenance
• Work with supervisor to maintain Rental Shop presentation standards
• Present yourself as a Mountain Resort ambassador by engaging the guests and providing Resort-wide information
