About The Position

Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Installation and Commissioning: Supervise and execute the setup, installation, and commissioning of rental equipment at customer sites including Generators ,TC equipment , Load Banks , BESS and Distribution ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications. Customer Interface and Technical Support: Act as a technical resource for clients, providing expert advice, support during setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform designated repairs on Rental equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair with lower level troubleshooting of Rental equipment Generators ,TC equipment , Load Banks , BESS and Distribution. This position will have the sole responsibility to respond and address after-hours, weekend, and holiday rental needs. Safety Compliance and Standards: Promote a culture of safety by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring all work activities meet industry safety regulations. System Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing and calibration of equipment to verify operational integrity, efficiency, and safety, maintaining high-quality standards. Approaches work positively, maintains conduct that supports Team work, and sets the standard for others to follow. Contributes to Team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality expectations. Trains and mentors others in the department. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 7 or more years
  • Class E Driver’s License.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Long term technical experience on Industrial rental equipment. Generators, Temp control, Transformers Etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Generator experience Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria
  • Chiller / TC experience.
