About The Position
Join our team of big mountain adventurers at Crystal Mountain Resort, the largest ski resort in Washington! As a Rental Tech, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by fitting boots, selecting and adjusting skis and snowboards for all levels, and maintaining the inventory of all rental equipment. Your responsibilities will include providing customers with detailed information on how to use various equipment such as skis, boots, snowboards, snowshoes, clothing, and goggles. You will be expected to learn all aspects of the rental process and become a professional in your role, gaining knowledge about the products we carry and making informed product suggestions to our guests. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will maintain the Rental & Demo Skis and Snowboards fleet, ensuring that all equipment is in top condition. A clean and tidy work area is essential, and you will be expected to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Handling customer issues and contributing to the shop's Net Promoter Score (NPS) will also be part of your role, emphasizing the importance of strong guest service skills.
