About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting our customers with the proper fitting of ski and/or snowboard equipment while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service for which Christy Sports is known.

Requirements

• Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
• Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
• Have basic computer skills
• English fluency, written and verbal
• Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
• Complete accurate work order paperwork
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures
• Be on-time for your scheduled work-shift, with proper and clean appearance
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Be energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task
• Other duties as may be assigned
