About The Position

Assist guests through process of renting equipment while providing excellent customer service in an intense, rapid paced job with continual guest contact. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help guests pick out appropriate size skis/snowboard.
• Fit boots and adjust bindings to proper settings for comfort and safety.
• Select correct size ski poles.
• Verify all signatures and initials on liability release form.
• Conduct binding test per ASTM standards.
• Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.
• May be required to work in Food and Beverage during the middle of the day.
• Must be cross-trained in all Rental Shop positions.
