About The Position
The Rental Services Growth Manager will manage the Strategic Account Managers (SAM) team and be responsible for identifying and developing growth opportunities in large construction contractors, industrial, government, and institutional markets. This role will also identify new growth opportunities to include new product offerings and identify and open new branch locations through either acquisitions or greenfield projects. Additionally, the position will act as the Construction Rental liaison with Marketing, Cat National Accounts, and our Product Specialists, including Forestry, Governmental, Industrial, Paving, and Power Systems.
