About The Position
Fox Rent A Car is seeking high-energy, driven sales professionals to join their team as Rental Sales Agents. This role is ideal for competitive salespeople who enjoy engaging customers, recommending solutions, and maximizing earnings through performance. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to upgrade the experience, recommend protection products, and close the sale. If you are motivated by goals, commissions, and the excitement of winning, this role is for you. The position involves turning every customer interaction into a sales opportunity, confidently presenting vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and value-added services, and using consultative sales techniques to understand customer travel needs. Agents will recommend solutions that enhance the customer’s experience while maximizing revenue, close sales with confidence and professionalism, and process rental agreements quickly and accurately in a fast-paced airport environment. The goal is to consistently meet and exceed individual and location sales targets. This is a performance-driven sales role where income reflects sales ability, with a base wage plus uncapped commission.
