About the position

Responsibilities
- Creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
- Elevating every rental experience by serving as an expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet
- Actively promoting and selling additional vehicles and optional extras that align with each customer’s preferences
- Delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
- Managing our premium vehicle fleet while selling additional services related to car rental
Requirements
- Motivated with a natural talent for sales and direct customer contact
- Valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism
- Service-oriented mindset with experience in customer support and meeting sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills embodying friendly and helpful service
- Willingness to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid US Driver’s license with a clean driving record
