About The Position

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in B2B Sales, Retail Sales, Hospitality, Car Rental Sales, Banking/Financial Services Sales, or Telecommunications Sales.
• Motivated with a natural talent for sales and direct customer contact.
• Valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism with a service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, embodying a commitment to friendly and helpful service.
• Willingness to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid US Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.
• Elevating every rental experience by serving as an expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet.
• Actively promoting and selling additional vehicles and optional extras that align with each customer’s preferences.
• Delivering excellent face-to-face customer service.
• Managing the premium vehicle fleet while selling additional services related to car rental.
