About The Position

Sixt Rent a Car, operated by the Tom Wood Group, is seeking motivated, energetic Rental Sales Agents to deliver best-in-class customer service and help drive revenue through outstanding client interactions. In this role, you will be the face of our brand—guiding customers through the rental process and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for customer service
• Strong verbal communication and sales skills
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Assess customer needs and recommend the best rental vehicle and add-on services
• Upsell optional products such as insurance coverage, GPS, car seats, and more
• Answer inquiries regarding rental rates, vehicle availability, policies, and procedures
• Accurately process reservations, rental agreements, and contracts
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and reconcile daily transactions
• Maintain rental records and update system information promptly
• Assist with vehicle returns, future bookings, and customer follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as needed to support rental operations
