Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or 5 years equivalent job related experience.
  • One (1) year or more sales experience or equivalent sales training required.
  • Three (3) years or more sales experience preferred.
  • One (1) year or more Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads through cold calls, telephone solicitation and customer visits.
  • Assess customer's needs and develop a proposal using product knowledge.
  • Work with rental operations to ensure the equipment is available.
  • Responsible for marketing at the branch level and ensuring that rental sales representatives are skilled in telemarketing.
  • Maintain contact with customers through multiple visits and phone calls.
  • Ensure quality service is provided by effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Maintain customer files, prepare follow-up correspondence, and coordinate with other BU departments.
  • Follow-up within a specific time frame and comply with company procedures.
