About The Position

The Rental Management Trainee position at Ryder is a fast-paced program designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the rental management field. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.
  • One (1) year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution preferred.
  • Intermediate computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
  • Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database.
  • Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
  • Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
  • Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives successfully.
  • Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the customer base.
  • Perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor.
