Rental Lot Attendant
About The Position
Responsibilities Detail inside and outside of rental vehicles. Assist in maintaining inventory control for the agency. Inspects rental vehicles upon return for damage. Shuttles rental customers to and from the dealerships. Provide support to service and sales departments. Treat all customers with respect and dignity. May also be called upon to assist Xpel Installation center by cleaning customers vehicles that are having film installed. Maintain a professional appearance. Ensures rental lot is clean and organized. Requires Driving a motor vehicle and is a Safety Sensitive position Other Functions Assist rental department staff when needed and performs related functions, including, but not limited to: Takes customer to the vehicle to identify the existing irregularities and scratches. Shows customer the special features of the vehicle. Checks mileage, fuel level and performs damage inspection when vehicles are returned. Notifies Rental Manager of any servicing the rental vehicles may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance. Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HS Graduation or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years.
- In accordance with RCW 49.44.240 this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.
