About The Position
As a Rental Fleet Supervisor at Resla, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of our rental fleet. Your role will involve coordinating the day-to-day activities related to our fleet of Tesla vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained, available for rental, and meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with rental agents to facilitate timely and accurate rental transactions, oversee vehicle deployment, and manage maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety standards. In this position, you will also be responsible for conducting regular physical inventory checks, maintaining accurate records of vehicle status, mileage, and maintenance history. You will ensure that all impounds and recoveries are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Customer service is a key focus, and you will collaborate with rental agents to address any inquiries or concerns from customers, ensuring a positive rental experience. Quality assurance is another critical aspect of your role. You will conduct regular inspections of the fleet to identify and address any issues promptly, implementing quality control measures to maintain the reliability of our rental units. As a leader, you will provide training and support to your team, ensuring high performance and stepping in as needed to achieve team goals. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements and prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and utilization rates.
