Job Summary: Caterpillar is seeking a results-driven Rental Fleet Manager to partner with dealers in optimizing rental power fleet utilization and profitability. This role is responsible for analyzing dealer fleet performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and delivering recommendations that enhance cost efficiency and return on investment. You will collaborate closely with territory managers, engineering, and quality consultants to support dealer-specific product and service development initiatives.
