About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Rental Equipment Shop Technician. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar is seeking an entry level Rental Shop Technician. A Rental Shop Technician will perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to rental fleet and customer equipment. The main focus of this position will be making machines ready for the next rental. This may include: Cleaning of interior / exterior of machines Routine maintenance Repairs as needed Machine operational and safety checks Completing online equipment inspections Cleveland Brothers will provide you the necessary training and specialty tools to be successful as a technician working for the largest equipment company in Pennsylvania / West Virginia. Requirements

Basic computer skills
Basic tools
Ability to work independently
A strong mechanical aptitude, the willingness to learn and advance, a good work ethic and a positive attitude
Work overtime as needed
A wide range of experience is acceptable to the company including technical schools, military background and or job experience

Responsibilities

Cleaning of interior / exterior of machines
