About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales representatives at the rental counter.
• Open and close rental contracts accurately.
• Maintain logs of available and down equipment.
• Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of equipment.
• Handle rates and ancillary charges.
• Perform filing, data entry, and document retrieval.
• Work effectively with the Sales department.
• Dispatch drivers throughout the local delivery area and occasionally for out-of-state deliveries.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups of equipment in collaboration with sales staff.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer support.
• Coordinate with the service department to maintain trucks.
• Assign deliveries to drivers based on urgency and location.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of driver logs and ensure trucks are DOT ready.
• Manage on-call schedules for drivers and field service technicians.
