About The Position

The Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare is responsible for scheduling rentals and ensuring high customer service standards at the rental facility in South Denver, CO. Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
• Expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save them money and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with service and support.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
